We have two kinds of raspberries at Tulipwood, yellow and red, which make not just for exciting flavor, but also exciting color. We also have blueberries and currants which are always among the best sellers especially since red currants are so hard to come by. Quince are also on our menu since they are high in natural pectin. As a result, they make a wonderful rose-colored jelly. All of these are hand picked and made in small batches with attention and care by us.

The jams are not too sweet so that the complex flavors of the berries and quince come through. They pair well with assorted cheeses, a scoop of ice cream or a crunchy, sourdough baguette with your morning coffee.
